DOSAGE AND ROUTES Spinal muscular atrophy Adult: PO 5 mg daily Child (Less than 2 months): 0.15 mg/kg orally once daily after a meal at approximately the same time each day Child (2 months to less than 2 years): 0.2 mg/kg orally once daily after a meal at approximately the same time each day Child (2 years or older and less than 20 kg): 0.25 mg/kg orally once daily after a meal at approximately the same time each day Child (2 years or older and 20 kg or greater): 5 mg orally once daily after a meal at approximately the same time each day
