DOSAGE AND ROUTES Rheumatoid arthritis • Adult: SUBCUT 100 mg/day at same time of the day Neonatal-onset multisystem inflammatory disease • Adult/child: SUBCUT 1-2 mg/kg/day, may increase by 0.5-1 mg to max 8 mg/ kg/day Renal dose • Adult: SUBCUT CCr <30 mL/min 100 mg every other day
