DOSAGE AND ROUTES HIV: • Adults ≥40 kg : PO 1 tablet (efavirenz 600 mg, emtricitabine 200 mg, tenofo- vir 300 mg) daily at bedtime, may be used alone or with other antiretro- virals • Child/adolescent ≥40 kg: PO 1 tablet (efavirenz 600 mg, emtricitabine 200 mg, tenofovir 300 mg) daily at bed- time, may be used alone or with other antiretrovirals
