DOSAGE AND ROUTES NSAID-induced gastroduodenal ulcers and treatment of duodenal ulcers caused by peptic ulcer disease • Adult: PO 200 mcg qid with food for duration of NSAID therapy, with last dose given at bedtime; if 200 mcg is not toler- ated, 100 mcg may be given Active duodenal/gastric ulcer (unlabeled) • Adult: PO 100-200 mcg qid with meals at bedtime × 4-8 wk Pregnancy termination before 70th day (unlabeled) • Adult: INTRAVAGINALLY 800 mcg 5-7 days after methotrexate IM Cervical ripening induction for term pregnancy (unlabeled) • Adult: INTRAVAGINALLY 25 mcg q3- 6hr HIGH ALERT
