Indications And Dose

Initial treatment of tuberculosis ▶BY MOUTH ▶Adult (body-weight 30–39 kg): 2 tablets daily for 2 months (initial phase) ▶Adult (body-weight 40–54 kg): 3 tablets daily for 2 months (initial phase) ▶Adult (body-weight 55–69 kg): 4 tablets daily for 2 months (initial phase) ▶Adult (body-weight 70 kg and above): 5 tablets daily for 2 months (initial phase) DOSE EQUIVALENCE AND CONVERSION ▶Tablet quantities refer to the number of Voractiv ® Tablets which should be taken. Each Voractiv ® Tablet Infection contains ethambutol hydrochloride 275 mg, isoniazid 75 mg, pyrazinamide 400 mg and rifampicin 150 mg.
