DOSAGE AND ROUTES Unresectable or metastatic malignant melanoma • Adult: PO 2 mg daily; may be used in combination with dacarbazine or PACLi- taxel in those with BRAF V600E Unresectable or metastatic malignant melanoma • Adult: PO 2 mg daily with dabrafenib 150 mg q12hr until disease progression, take both at same time
