DOSAGE AND ROUTES Metastatic colorectal cancer/meta- static gastric cancer • Adult: PO 35 mg/m2 (based on triflu- ridine component) bid on days 1-5 and 8-12 of a 28-day cycle, max per dose: trifluridine 80 mg; continue until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity
