DOSAGE AND ROUTES Treatment of influenza A and B • Adult/child >7 yr: INH 2 inhalations (two 5-mg blisters) q12hr × 5 days; on the 1st day, 2 doses should be taken with at least 2 hr between doses Prophylaxis of influenza A and B • Adult/child >5 yr: INH 10 mg (2 inha lations) daily × 28 days
